These terms govern your use of clickcraftnest.life ("the site") operated by ClickCraft Nest Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About the site
The site describes our campaign composing studio in Singapore. Content is for general information. Nothing on the site constitutes professional advice, an offer, or a binding contract. Engagements are formed only through written agreements separate from this site.
Permitted use
You may browse the site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically download content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; use the site for unlawful purposes; or misrepresent your affiliation with ClickCraft Nest.
Intellectual property
All content — text, design, layout, photographs, and code — is owned by ClickCraft Nest Pte. Ltd. or licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for temporary caching incidental to normal browsing.
Third-party services
The site embeds Google Maps and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your use of those services is subject to Google's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or availability. We describe our composing methods — not numeric outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use.
Client services
Services described on the site are delivered under separate written scope documents and lockups. In case of conflict between site content and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails.

The site may link to external pages. We do not control and are not responsible for external content.

Changes

Indemnity

Severability

Entire agreement for site use
These terms together with the Privacy notice and Cookie notice constitute the entire agreement regarding use of this website, separate from any client engagement letter.

These terms are written in English (Singapore). Translations, if any, are for convenience; the English version prevails.
User-generated content
This site does not host user comments or uploads. Enquiries sent by email become correspondence governed by our Privacy notice, not public content.
Prohibited conduct
You may not introduce malware, probe systems without authorisation, frame the site without permission, or use automated means to access the site beyond normal browsing.
Reporting violations

Waiver

Singular includes plural and vice versa where context requires. "Including" means including without limitation.
Feedback
Suggestions sent about the site may be used without compensation unless a separate agreement exists.

ClickCraft Nest and associated marks are our property. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Compatibility
We aim for modern browser support but do not guarantee rendering on obsolete software.
